The third meeting of the secretariat for dispatching trade delegations to the Osaka Expo was held with experts, board members and the CEO of Shetacob. The session aimed to finalize delegation plans with an emphasis on provincial potentials. Shetacob's CEO stressed using provincial capacities and announced dispatching delegations centered on selected provinces in five groups as a company priority.
The meeting finalized the delegation packages, analyzed dispatch costs with an emphasis on minimum expenses, and decided that delegations of 30 people would travel to Japan for six nights and five days. Plans were also made to hold a scientific conference on the expo outlook in Farvardin, with a call for papers to follow soon. The expo is the largest and most influential economic, trade and cultural event after the Olympics and the FIFA World Cup, and every country should seize the six-month opportunity to expand trade relations and showcase its capabilities.
